We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s what you need to know:

Managed through your Apple ID account settings. Cancel via the App Store on your device or through iTunes.

  • Access Until Period End: When you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by re-subscribing

Free Trial Cancellations

If we offer a free trial period:

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged
  • No Charges: If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged
  • Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription
  • Trial Limitations: Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be available for all subscription tiers

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

Within 24 hours – You’ll receive an email confirmation if your refund is approved

Processing Time

7-10 business days – Refund is processed to your original payment method

Bank Processing

3-5 business days – Additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit

Important Note

Total processing time may take up to 15-20 business days from approval to seeing the credit in your account. This includes our processing time plus your financial institution’s processing time.
