At Apex Vision AI, we provide powerful AI-powered study assistance—not to do the work for you, but to help you learn smarter. We introduce you to new concepts, tips, and tools, all while ensuring your work remains your own.

Although we trust most Apex Vision AI users will follow these guidelines, everyone must agree to our Honor Code upon signup. This guarantees that every user has read, understood, and pledged to uphold academic integrity.

We hold our community to high standards: anyone caught using our platform for cheating or plagiarism will face appropriate consequences. Please read and follow the rules below.

Do

Use Apex Vision AI to deepen your understanding of course material.
Upload only your own original notes, outlines, and study resources.
Consult AI answers and recommendations when your instructor allows outside help.
Follow your institution’s academic honor code at all times.

Don’t

Submit AI-generated solutions as entirely your own work.
Upload someone else’s materials and claim them as yours.
Use our tools on assessments where external help is prohibited.
Violate your instructor’s or institution’s honor policies.

Why Cheating Is Ill-Advised

You short-change your learning. Tuition is an investment—cheating robs you of real mastery and long-term benefit.
Detection is common. Many schools use plagiarism detectors that crawl online sources (including ours).
Consequences are severe. Academic dishonesty can lead to probation, suspension, or expulsion.
