Cancel active subscriptions separately
Deleting your Apex account does not cancel a Google Play, Apple, or website subscription. Cancel with the payment provider first to prevent future charges. Android customers can use Google Play subscriptions.

Delete your account in the Android app
- 1Open Apex AI and sign in
Use the Google account connected to the Apex account you want to delete.
- 2Open Profile
Tap the Profile tab, then scroll to Privacy & account.
- 3Tap Delete account
Review the permanent-deletion notice and the subscription reminder.
- 4Confirm permanent deletion
Type
DELETE, then tap Delete permanently. The app clears its local account data and signs you out when the server completes the request.
Alternative
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email support@apexvision.ai with the subject Android account deletion request.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Apex account whenever possible.
- Include the Google account email used in Apex AI and state that you want the account permanently deleted.
- For security, support may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your Google password or a full payment-card number.
Verified support requests are completed as soon as practical and no later than 30 days, unless a legal exception applies.
Email deletion requestData deleted
- Account profile, name, email, and linked sign-in identifiers
- Access and refresh sessions
- Recent chat and prompt history
- Saved study activity, generated-study metadata, and usage records
- Rewards, achievements, referrals, streak, and leaderboard profile
- Subscription entitlement links and account preferences
- Local chats, scans, and saved answers on the Android device used to delete the account
Limited data retained
We retain only records needed for legitimate legal and operational obligations:
- Restricted purchase, refund, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records for up to 2 years or longer if required by law
- Support correspondence for up to 2 years after the request is closed
- A one-way deletion audit identifier and completion time so the request can be verified without restoring the deleted account
Retained billing records are detached from the active Apex account and are not used to restore app access.
